When you first visit our practice, you will be greeted by our receptionists who will ask you to fill out a medical history form which will be fully confidential. Once you are called in for your initial consultation and chat with our friendly dentists, he/she will take the time to understand your current dental health, conditions and offer a check-up there and then. Do not worry if you haven’t been to the dentist for years, we will make you feel comfortable right away.

Check-ups
We offer check-ups for all new patients visiting our practice for the first time. It’s imperative that we offer an initial check-up so that we can see where you are at in regards to dental health and hygiene so that we can intervene if necessary. Our dentists will check your teeth, gums and take necessary x-rays if it’s useful to do so. Your dentist will then show you the x-rays and plain the findings and diagnosis.
Depending on how the examination goes, we may recommend treatment options that can be discussed in further detail so that you are fully informed about all possible avenues. Once treatments have been agreed, we will then go ahead with formulating a bespoke treatment plan.
