The choice is yours.

Even if you qualify for NHS care sometimes private treatments, such as large white fillings on back teeth or tooth whitening may be a good option. You can buy these at any time without losing your NHS entitlement so don’t be afraid to ask.

Reminders and Recalls

At the end of an NHS course of treatment your dentist will let you know when you need to book another appointment. We follow guidelines issues by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE). This means you can attend as often as necessary to keep your teeth and gums healthy.

Urgent treatment

Urgent treatment only means treatment that the dentist considers necessary to relieve severe pain or prevent your oral condition deteriorating before you can make a normal appointment. If you think you need urgent treatment please contact the practice as soon as poosible and we will try and fit you in.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know immediately. That way we can give it to someone else. If you miss more than two appointments or give less than two working days notice we may not be able to complete your treatment or offer NHS care in the future.
